Senator Tom Harman represents one of the most conservative districts in the state... This is Orange County we're talking about, after all.
That's why I find it inexcusable that he keeps coming up at the bottom of every scorecard that measures ones conservatism.
The latest example comes from the CRA - where Harman, as sticks true to form, and comes in at the very bottom among his fellow OC GOP Legislators.
79% is a C grade. A "C" is average. Orange County deserves better than an average Senator.
